As a Junior Inside Sales Representative at Value 11 Consulting, your work will focus on outbound sales strategy.
You will confidently share product or service information about recent IT solutions with outside prospects within the Italian – English market. You’ll spend a lot of time making phone calls and preparing lists. Lead generation will be your main responsibility, moving leads through a sales pipeline. You will also need to identify challenges and provide practical solutions to prospects. You will provide positive insights as a product knowledge specialist.

We are looking for a resourceful, brightful and confident candidate with the following:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• “Can do” attitude
• Native or equivalent fluency in Italian
• Fluent in English
• Passionate about the IT industry
• Nice to have:
• Previous experience in marketing and/or sales lead generation
Main Responsibilities include:
• Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
• Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
• Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
• Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
Work Activity: Remote
Working Hours: Full-time and/or Part-time. Flexible time schedules can also be considered.
